At this time, we are unable to make design exceptions to the samples we currently show for each of our suite and announcement designs.

PLEASE READ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING BEFORE ORDERING

• Guests addresses are DIGITALLY printed, and can either match the ink color of your printed pieces OR be printed in black ink, OR printed in white ink if you are purchasing color envelopes (Night, Fog, Rose, Jade or Sepia envelope).

• IF YOU ARE A LETTERPRESS or FOIL CLIENT, PLEASE READ
  If you are a letterpress or foil printing client, you may purchase guest addressing. However, this means that your return address on the back flap of the invitation envelope, which would normally be letterpress or foil, will be digitally printed instead, to match the guest addressing on the front of the envelope. This is for consistency, and so your envelopes don't go through two printing processes.

• Guest Addressing must be added to your cart with your save the date, invitation, or announcement order so we know what font and ink colors to match to. You will submit your excel file on the information form that appears when you click "personalize" below.

PROOFING

The designed guest/recipient address file will be proofed with the rest of your order. If we do not receive the guest/recipient address excel file with your order, your order will be held until it is emailed to us. Your proofing timeline will not begin without this excel document. If you are not uploading it with your order, it may be emailed to us at [email protected]. You will need to send your order number with your email and address file.

Your purchase of guest addressing allows two free rounds of proofing, which is part of the two free rounds of proofing that comes with your purchased printed pieces. Please ensure that your guest list is 100% correct BEFORE submitting.

PLEASE READ
The proofing process is for layout purposes only, and to make sure everything is on the right line. Adding new addresses, and/or changing guest addresses, will be charged an additional $10 per envelope once the proofing process has begun.

PLEASE READ! ABBREVIATIONS:
If your excel document has abbreviated street names, or state names, that is how your proof will appear. If you would like the names spelled out, please do so on your excel document. Revising a proof to spell out abbreviations will incur a $10 per envelope charge.
