Originally a Rimu hall table commissioned and hand painted in Graphite with a contemporary brush stroke finish,  distressed edges allowing the original rimu to frame the paint finish. Original handles removed and replaced with a stylish understated dark cast brass knob. Clear waxed giving richness and depth to the colour as well achieving a beautiful charcoal blue black. A gorgeous revival on a solid piece of furniture, that now holds a classic contemporary feel.
