A beautiful project of a sentimental Oak Cabinet passed on to our client from her grandmother, hand painted in a soft and subtlety aged white, contrasted with dark blue interiors and detailed in gold. Our client wanted to be able to use this piece proudly in her interior space through a bespoke hand painted finish. We have pulled from our clients Artwork and used a dark blue on the internals allowing us to break up the piece visually and  have this feature piece  tie in beautifully with the Artwork that sits nearby. Sentimental pieces are great pieces to revive and rejuvenate allowing you an opportunity to re-design the piece to suit your interior space. 

What we did: 
Hand painted in our Wild Tusk Premium Chalk Paint with subtle texture
Detailed in Beluga wax with a hint of Potter's clay wax in  selected areas 
The handles have been painted in The Artisan Company's Carbon Black Premium Chalk Paint, then detailed in gold gilding wax
The internals have been contrasted in Royal Navy with clear wax
