A beautiful large free standing mirror done for our longtime client to go into a room where we were previously commissioned to do a french style chair for her. The mirror was to tie in with the chair and we took inspiration from the gold flecked cowhide and came up with a concept that was agreed upon. 

Hand painted in old white with well thought out brushwork to create lots of texture on the surface, we then heavily aged the mirror with dark  and clear wax work. All detailed and distressed by hand with an added touch of gold tipping. 

A beautiful feature piece for our client that ties in perfectly with the chair we previously did for her and the brief.
